Choi-Bo's goal is to release professionally designed, enjoyable workout routines to music overseen by Anthony Aurelius - ‘The UK’s No.1 Fitness Expert’. They will be produced and released with a clear aim to: 1) raise the production standards of exercise workout routines on film that can be done at home, and 2) improve the quality and standard of exercise routines taught in health and fitness studios, halls and also in schools around the world.
The first Choi-Bo workout (The 1st Choi-Bo Enlightened Warrior Workout) was filmed in April 2008 in full Pro High Definition and is now available on DVD and is selling fast! This workout can also be seen regularly on Body in Balance - Sky 275 www.bodyinbalance.tv and will shortly be broadcast in Italy, China and Hong Kong in their native languages. Two more Choi-Bo workouts have now been filmed, and will be released Internationally through the television and also on DVD March 09. With a TV series just being agreed with SKY Television too: 'Choi-Bo: Beginner to Master' - Choi-Bo sure is growing fast!

DVD & TV release date March 09. The purpose of an exercise routine whether on DVD or taught in a class should be to deliver a safe, effective, complete workout for the mind and body. However sadly, more often today, workouts are marketed to deliver quick results: burn fat, lose weight, get fit, etc. (often with the latest fat celebrity or model) then where is the quality? So much more can be attained from a professionally designed workout or structured training programme, ie. a heightened state of awareness, increased productivity, improved energy and mood, happiness and an overall elevated sense of well-being, not to mention the disease preventative benefits. So, this is where Choi-Bo is focusing - delivering safe and effective, gimmick-free workouts to ensure your long-term health and happiness! Today, many of the cardio-based high-intensity workouts still have an emphasis on the participants just ‘getting through the workout’ rather than on improving technique and staying focused on the quality of their workout. These workouts often achieve short-term fitness, but at a cost, as exercising long-term using poorly designed exercises/techniques, or indeed a poorly designed workout usually negatively affects the spine, muscles and joints. This is, as Anthony Aurelius puts it 'exercising unconsciously, without awareness'. Furthermore, few workouts today use Functional Biomechanics but it is becoming common knowledge in exercise science that this is the most effective and safest way to move the body. All of Choi-Bo's kicks, punches and blocks employ functional biomechanics! Choi-Bo workouts, rather like Yoga and Pilates can improve Body Awareness (deepen the connection between the mind and body). But our workouts have also been designed for Yoga and Pilates practitioners to move onto, as quite often, these practitioners have nowhere to go on from these wonderful, health-enhancing disciplines.
