Choi-Bo is a completely new, professionally designed, FUN workout routine to music from Anthony Aurelius - ‘The UK’s No.1 Fitness Expert’. It has been produced with a clear aim to: 1) raise the production standards of exercise workout routines on film, and 2) improve the standard of exercise routines taught in health and fitness studios and also in schools around the world.
The first Choi-Bo workout was filmed in April 2008 in full High Definition and will be available on DVD shortly in the United Kingdom and broadcast around the world in 52 countries in different languages.

Reproduced in standard definition but can be authored to Blu-ray.
For International release the picture and voice over have been produced separately so this product can be dubbed into any language easily.
